RDA Written Review Course 2 day seminar plus preparation
before and after seminar:

Would you like to know what you don’t know? This course will help
you find what subjects you really need to study to pass the RDA
written state board.

You will Need:
To pick up your Question Workbook 2 to 3 weeks prior to the class.
You will then answer all the questions on each topic, which will
determine what you need to study.  The Workbook shall be
completed prior to attending our seminar. We will then review all the
materials in the workbook together. This will be the time to ask
questions so we can review all topic's that you don't know in depth.
When you attend our seminar you will obtain the following items:  
One Textbook, Workbook, Instrument book, CD rom. We have an
online program which, using your home PC, will enable you to do
Labeling Exercises for Instruments, Drag and Drop Exercises, practice
quizzes, tests, and  Mock RDA Exam which will help prepare you for
your RDA State Board Exam.

Website. Payment must be received in full 3 weeks before the class, unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refunds will be made only with a 48 hour notice prior to the scheduled class.
There is an admin. charge of $20.00 for cancellations. Rescheduling/No Show policy:You may reschedule your
class One Time. We would need a 48 hour notice prior to the schedule class otherwise there will be a $100.00
rescheduling fee. No show no refund: All Combo package Seminars need to be completed with in 6 months of
registration. We reserve the right to cancel any seminar due to unforseeable circumstances and will notify all
registrants by phone and provide a full refund in such cases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody,
even after the agreement has been signed. If J and Z Dental Clinical Seminars terminates the agreement, a refund
will be provided for whatever services were not obtained by applicant.
