Practical RDA Review Course:
Hands On
(2-Day Seminar)

Our review course is designed to help increase your confidence and pass the RDA Practical:

It is a 2 Day seminar which includes Video Presentations

You will learn how to:
*Make a putty impression
*Make a provisional temporary for #8
How to cement temporary and clean the cement
*How to place Matrix and Wedge
How to place a temporary filling on #19 and or # 30

(Day 1) of the seminar instructor will demonstrate how the Board of Dental Examiners would
like you to perform the procedures and then you will practice the procedures.( Day 2) You will
have 2 to  timed Mock RDA Examinations to help you evaluate your progress. You will also
have time to learn how to fix any problems that you may have during  the Practical  State
Boards. Better to fix the problem in class then at the actual  exam!

Classroom ratio is 10-1 so that the instructor  can offer personal instruction

All Classes are held at the Hampton Inn 27102 Towne Centre Dr., Foothill Ranch,
CA 92610. If you would like to stay at the Hampton Inn, you will receive a 15%
discount on your room. Please do not call Hampton Inn for details about our
seminars.

Payments:Make Money Orders or Checks payable to "J and Z Dental Rentals & Clinical Seminars" and mail to
27201 Valleymont Road, Lake Forest, CA 92630. We also accept credit cards Visa, M/C, Discover Card, American
Express via paypal on our Website. Payment must be received in full 3 weeks before the class, unless other
arrangements have been made. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refunds will be made only with a 48 notice prior
to the scheduled class. There is an admin. charge of $20.00 for cancellations. Rescheduling/No Show policy:You
may reschedule your class One Time. We would need a 48 hour notice prior to the schedule class otherwise there
will be a $100.00 rescheduling fee. No show no refund: All Combo Package Seminars need to be completed with
in 6 months from the date entered on the registration form. We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody,
even after the agreement has been signed. If J and Z Dental Clinical Seminars terminates the agreement, a refund
will be provided for whatever services were not obtained by applicant.
